Q: How much does the Nice Rack™ saddle rack weigh?
A: Our sturdy rack weighs just over 4.5 kilograms or 10 pounds. Even a small person or child can handle it with ease.

Q: How big is the Nice Rack™ saddle rack?
A: The Nice Rack™ saddle rack has the following dimensions:
- Height at back 32” and at front 33”
- Width at back 20 ½” and at front 18 ½”
- Height of the handles from floor is 27 ½”
- Length is 31” including the handles

Q: How portable is the Nice Rack™?
A: The Nice Racks™ can be taken apart for convenient storage and / or travel. The nice rack is shipped with the removable legs and baskets nested within the solid piece of the body.

Q: Is the Nice Rack™ saddle rack water and weather proof?
A: Yes! Nice Racks™ are made of molded polypropylene which makes them completely waterproof. An added bonus is their U.V. resistance - a feature which allows for occasional outdoor use, such as at a gymkhana or show.

Q: Does one size really fit all saddles?
A: The innovative design of the Nice Rack™ saddle rack means it fits Western or English saddles of all sizes and types.
Please note: Nice Rack™ Saddle Racks are built to carry any saddle. They are not recommended to be used for other purposes.

Q: What about a guarantee?
A: The Nice Rack™ saddle rack is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that you find a defect, please return your Nice Rack™ to us in the original packaging with the receipt enclosed. We will send you a replacement rack.

Q: Can I choose my shipping method?
A: After you fill out your order form and click "continue ..." you will see the cost for both Canada Post and FedEx. These costs are generated directly from Canada Post and FedEx websites. You choose the one you prefer before you confirm your order. For special delivery arrangements, please e-mail us.

Q: What quantities can be accommodated with shipping?
A: The Nice Rack™ saddle rack can be shipped in quantities of 1, 2, 3, and 10. Large quantities can also be freighted.
|
Q: How long will it take to get my saddle rack?
A: You can expect delivery of your rack within 1 to 3 weeks unless you live very far away from us or in a very remote area. Local deliveries can be as fast as 3 days while overseas deliveries may take a little longer than three weeks.

Q: On the order form, the deliver cost is "FOBP." What is that?
A: FOBP stands for Freight on Board Plant. This way of shipping means you don't pay tax on the cost of delivery. You pay what Canada Post or FedEx charge - our ordering page is linked directly to their data bases so you get up-to-date and accurate shipping costs.

Q: Do you add handling costs to the amount I pay for shipping?
A: No. What you pay for shipping is what we pay to the shipper. Although each saddle rack is carefully packaged separately, we do not charge a handling fee. We want to keep the cost of this rack as low as possible .
